Manual Therapy

Clinical Pilates

Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy

Stephanie completed her Master of Science in Physiotherapy from the University of Alberta in 2013. She has completed many post graduate manual therapy courses and comprehensive clinical pilates training through Calibrate Pilates in Vancouver BC. Stephanie has become certified in pelvic floor physiotherapy and has taken numerous post graduate courses to help clients with bladder and bowel issues, pelvic pain issues, and pre and post natal concerns.

Stephanie has experience working with a wide range of clients through extensive work in many different private clinics for the past 10 years. She has experience in a variety of settings outside of private practice including working in the emergency department at Vancouver General Hospital and working in postoperative surgical, orthopaedic rehabilitation, and the ICU here in Calgary at the Foothills hospital.

Her focus is providing quality hands on manual therapy in conjunction with an individualized exercise program to help her clients become stronger and get better faster. By using evidence based exercise prescription and clinical pilates her clients are able to overcome new injuries as well as address long standing chronic issues. She works to teach her clients about their bodies and how they work so they can have a better understanding about why injuries and dysfunction occur. She tailors her treatments specifically to her clients goals and what matters to them most, whether that be walking again after surgery, improving their bladder issues, or training for a marathon.

If she is not in the clinic you will likely find her on a bike, whether that be commuting, road cycling, mountain biking, or long distance cycle touring. She also loves to snowboard, back country hike, and downhill ski.

Stephanie currently offering standard physiotherapy sessions, clinical pilates, as well as internal pelvic floor assessment and treatments.
